These terms and conditions apply to purchases of products on www.karmaloop.co.uk (the website) offered by Streetammo ApS ("Streetammo"). 1. Delivery All orders placed on Karmaloop.co.uk will be shipped using UPS. Free shipping on all orders over £50. For orders less than £50, shipping will be £4.99. We will endeavour to ensure the reliability of karmaloop.co.uk to ensure all goods are available as displayed, however occasionally inventory errors may affect the availability of an item 2. Returns We offer a full 28-day return period. If you wish to return a product, for whatever reason, please do so within this timescale for a full refund or exchange. This returns period begins on the day you receive the product. How do you return? Before the end of the returns period you must send the unwanted items back to Karmaloop UK. The day you post the item is classed as the “return day” so this must happen within the returns period. You must retain a postage receipt displaying this date as proof of postage. We offer FREE RETURNS on all products. All orders will be sent with a returns UPS label that can be used to send products back to Karmaloop UK free of charge- please contact UPS to arrange pick-up. If you are exchanging any item, the return postage cost will also be paid for by Karmaloop UK however in the event of a refund, the original postage costs are non-refundable. Please follow these steps when returning any items: 1. The Returns Form will be sent with your order along with an invoice. 2. Complete the returns form in full, ensuring you clearly state refund or exchange, and send this form with unwanted items. 3. Please ensure you return your unworn goods, as sold, with all original packaging, tags and labels. 4. Contact UPS (contact information on returns form) to arrange pick up Terms and Conditions All of the above steps must be followed as described. In the event of these points not being followed, Karmaloop UK will be unable to process the return and the items will be sent back to the customer. Please note only items bought on www.karmaloop.co.uk can be returned to Karmaloop UK. Items bought through any other Karmaloop site (including .com) cannot be accepted. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and is created inline with the Consumer Contracts Act 17. 1. Payment What payment methods do you accept? You can pay using all major credit cards using our 100% secure payment system. Cards accepted include Master Card, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Solo, and Discover. Do you accept Paypal? Yes, we also offer Paypal as it's fast and secure and allows a vast number of payment methods. How long will it take to process payment? All payments should be processed on the same day and all orders are usually shipped within 2-3 days of receipt 2. Delivery How much is delivery? Delivery is £4.99 within the UK and is FREE on all orders over £50.00. Which delivery company do you use? All orders are sent using UPS and are FULLY TRACKABLE. Where is the Karmaloop warehouse? All orders ship from a central warehouse in Denmark. How will delivery take? Please allow 3-5 working days for them to arrive. Some items say they are held in the US, what does this mean? Some items are held in our US warehouse and will be subject to a longer shipping time of 6-12 days. These items are first shipped from the US to European warehouse and the re-shipped to you- this is to prevent you from paying any import tax however does result in slightly longer shipping. How will I know whether my item is held in US or Europe? Items held in the US warehouse will be clearly marked. My order has a mixture of items from US and European warehouse- will they be sent separately? No- all items within a single order are shipped as one. If you have any items coming from the US warehouse the entire order will be held until these items arrive in Europe, and then the order will be shipped together. How can I track my order? You will receive a UPS tracking number once the order is dispatched from Denmark. Can I track my items that are coming from the US? It is not possible to track items whilst they are being transferred between US and European warehouses hence you will only receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched from Denmark. Which countries can you ship too? Alongside the UK, we can also ship to the following countries: Austria Belgium Luxembourg Finland Ireland Italy Norway Poland Spain Sweden Switzerland What about France, Germany, Holland and Spain? Custom Charges / Import Tax I recently ordered from Karmaloop.com and had to pay import tax, will this happen with Karmaloop UK? Anything you order from Karmaloop UK will not be subject to import tax and its associated VAT. Are you sure I won?t have to pay any hidden extra costs!? WE 100% GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE NO HIDDEN COSTS WHEN ORDERING FROM KARMALOOP UK. 4. Returns How long do I have to return an item? We offer a full 28-day return period. Every order will include a UPS returns label- if you want to return an item just complete the returns forms, stick the UPS label on the box and contact UPS on 08457 877 877 to arrange collection. If have sent back an item and requested a refund- how long will this take? Please allow 7 days for refunds to be processed, starting from the date we receive your returned products. 5. Sizing I?m unsure on my size- what should I do? We try to give you a rough guide when it comes to size by listing the size and height of the model. If you are still unsure please contact us anytime with sizing enquiries and if we can?t give an immediate answer, we will do our best to find out. I?m still worried about whether I?m ordering the correct size? As stated above, returns are FREE so don't worry if you get the wrong size, all items can be exchanged for a different size and we will pay for all associated shipping costs. 6. Prices Why are prices different between Karmaloop.com and Karmaloop.co.uk? There are many reasons for this price difference, most of which are economic factors out of our control including currency fluctuations, logistics and pricing controls by a particular brand. You only have to look at the difference in price of an Iphone between the UK and US to see that this applies to all companies, not just Karmaloop. Should I therefore just order from Karmaloop.com? If you take into account the reduced shipping costs and zero import tax- overall prices will be similar on Karmaloop UK.
